About Mihai

Raised in Sibiu, Romania until the age of seven, and a Greensboro, North Carolina native since, I attended Appalachian State University graduating with a Political Science major and Criminal Justice minor. After, I went on to attend law school at Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. During law school I focused my studies on advance negotiations and trial advocacy. While there, I was granted the opportunity to participate in a semester long externship at the Department of State in Washington, D.C. During this time, I perfected my skills in diplomacy and advocacy. Using these skills, I began my career with a local criminal defense firm here in town. There, I was able to come in touch with many individuals who also needed help with regard to their domestic dispute matters. It was at this point that I found my true passion for family law. Having found my calling, I moved on to join an established family law firm here in Charlotte. While there, I assisted the firm’s senior partner in a variety of family law cases which involved all aspects of family law disputes. I now use these skills to represent my clients at Rech Law through the toughest times of their lives. I understand that my clients are going through the most difficult time of their lives. For this reason, I provide practical and knowledgeable responses to all of my clients in a timely matter. Taking this same approach, I strive to get to know all of my cases on a personal level. Doing so allows me to provide my clients with the best representation, whether it be a “simple” divorce or a contested trial. I also make sure to take the time to get to know my clients personally, so that they feel assured that their case is as important to me as it is to them.
