Mike Murburg is a dedicated Florida disability attorney with 38 years of experience, having graduated from Princeton University in 1977 and Florida State University College of Law in 1986. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Washington State, various Federal Courts including the U.S. Supreme Court, and before the Social Security Administration and Railroad Retirement Board. Mike served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting over 7,000 criminal cases and litigating over 90 civil and criminal trials. Since establishing his own firm in 1992, he has personally evaluated over 35,000 cases and tried over 5,000 Social Security Disability cases, achieving a success rate of over 90% for SSDI/SSI cases, resulting in over $50 million in back benefits and $1 billion in future entitlements for clients. He is a member of the Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County Bar Associations and the National Organization for Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
