About Milt

Milt Harper was the founder of Harper, Evans, Hilbrenner & Netemeyer, passing away in 2016. He was a practicing attorney for over 40 years, specializing in personal injury law, criminal defense law, and divorce law throughout Missouri. Milt served as Boone County Prosecuting Attorney from 1972 to 1978 and a Boone County Associate Circuit Judge from 1978 to 1982. He was known as a vigorous trial lawyer, attentive to clients' needs, and dedicated to preserving legal rights.
