Mindi Moore Tunnell, a Sussex County native, is Of Counsel with the law firm of Tunnell & Raysor, P.A. Her practice primarily focuses on real estate settlements and land use matters. Mindi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (summa cum laude) in English from Salisbury State University in 2001 and a law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2004.
