Monier Abusaft

About Monier

Monier "Mo" Abusaft is a graduate of Wofford College and Vanderbilt University Law School. He served as a law clerk for State Circuit Court Judge J. Mark Hayes and South Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice Costa Pleicones before becoming a Public Defender. In May 2020, he founded the Law Office of Mo Abusaft, specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, and civil rights. He is actively involved in various community organizations and serves on the American Association for Justice Board of Governors and the South Carolina Association for Justice’s Board of Governors.
