About Morgan

Morgan Bottger is litigation Attorney at Glenda Mitchell law firm. Morgan was born and raised in Rome, Georgia where her family has lived for four generations. After graduating from Darlington School, she moved to Alabama and attended Auburn University where she met her husband, Cameron. After graduating from Auburn, Morgan obtained both a Juris Doctorate degree and a Master of Laws degree from Faulkner University, Jones School of Law. Following law school, Morgan moved to Pensacola, Florida where she practiced insurance defense and business law and enjoyed living at the beach. In 2018 Morgan and Cameron returned home to Rome where she became a prosecutor for the Rome Judicial Circuit. Throughout the next seven years, Morgan prosecuted all kinds of cases ranging from serious violent felonies including murder and aggravated assault to misdemeanor offenses such as DUI and traffic citations. Morgan joined Glenda Mitchell Law firm in 2025 where she practices personal injury law and criminal defense in both Georgia and Alabama. When not working, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys traveling, reading and jogging in her spare time.
