About Nathan

Nathan Fosnough is an associate attorney in the firm’s Business and Contract Law, Real Estate, Estate Administration and Property Law practice groups. A native of Indiana, Mr. Fosnough earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Huntington University (B.A. 2019) and then graduated from Regent University School of Law (J.D. 2022). During law school, Mr. Fosnough served as the President for the Regent Council of Graduate Students. Mr. Fosnough Practices primarily in the field of Business and Contract Law, ranging from corporate formation, business purchase and sales, contracts and real property matters. Mr. Fosnough is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and is an active young professional in the Mooresville community.
