Attorney Nausha Naik holds a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from University of Southern California (USC) and another in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Her academic accolades include the Dean’s Academic Excellence Award and recipient of High Pass distinction in Legal Writing from USC. During her tenure at USC, she served as a Graduate Fellow at its mediation clinic, mediating small claims and civil harassment cases across various courts in Los Angeles County. Her leadership roles as the Co-President of the Gould Dispute Resolution Society underscore her commitment to excellence in dispute resolution. She has also significantly contributed to India's pioneering master's program in mediation and conflict resolution at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. Her passion for teaching led her to serve as faculty for LLB (JD equivalent) courses, specializing in ADR and Law on Education. Nausha's diverse background in legal education and practical experience has honed her skills in negotiation and conflict resolution. She firmly believes that agreements achieve more than arguments, underpinning her professional ideology.
