Nicholas J. Wagner is a Partner and Litigation Manager at Stewart & Stewart, joining the firm in 2011. He specializes in representing victims and families affected by personal injury and wrongful death. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2006 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Criminal Justice, and earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010. He is admitted to practice in all Indiana State courts and both Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana. His experience in trials allows him to litigate cases with keen advocacy and practicality. He is also actively involved with AAMMR, a non-profit providing medical relief in Haiti.
