About Nicholas

Nick Kotonias graduated from the University Of Dayton School Of Law in 2019 and quickly relocated to Texas where he became a certified Texas attorney in October of 2019. During Nick’s time as an undergrad at Iona College, he was a four year member of the swim team and was recognized with the Gael of the Year award for community activism in 2014. During his law school career, Nick was a three-year member of the University Of Dayton School Of Law’s leadership honors program. Prior to law school, Nick worked for an international theme park company in their operations department. During his time in the theme park industry, Nick held an AIMS Ride Operator certification and obtained extensive knowledge of industry standards promulgated by the American Society for Testing and Materials. Nick is intimately familiar with the duties and standards required of theme park operators and is especially equipped to evaluate injuries that occur on theme park premises. Since graduating, Nick has served as a corporate default specialist and as a law clerk. Nick joined the Hoestenbach Law Group in 2020 where he focuses on representing people who have been injured in auto crashes or by the negligence of others.
