Nick joined the Firm as a Member in January 2019. Nick spent nearly the first decade of his career at a large prominent law firm defending insurance companies and their insureds in high exposure medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice and personal injury actions. Upon joining Gencarelli and Rimassa Law Firm, Nick made the decision to “switch sides” and now exclusively represents injured people in prosecuting the very same types of actions he spent years defending. This unique perspective and experience is a valuable tool utilized to help our clients during difficult times by shedding light on the process and how the other side works. Since joining Gencarelli and Rimassa Law Firm, LLC Nick has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for its clients. Nick’s experience also includes authoring articles and giving presentations to other attorneys in areas of civil litigation.
