About Nicholas
Nicholas joined Bruster PLLC in 2024 and practices complex civil litigation, focusing on patent infringement litigation. Nicholas has over a decade of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in disputes concerning patent rights before U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His experience also encompasses trademark and copyright matters, trade secret cases, and breach of contract disputes. Nicholas graduated with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Texas Review of Law and Politics. During his education, Nicholas was afforded the honor of interning at the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and at the Travis County District Attorney’s Office.
