About Noah

Mr. Shepardson is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, including representing employers in Title VII, ADA, and wage disputes, creditors in collections disputes, landowners in property disputes, and businesses in commercial disputes. Mr. Shepardson’s practice also focuses on trust and estate litigation, administrative litigation, and family law. While earing his undergraduate degree on the East Coast, Mr. Shepardson interned at Reason magazine in Washington, D.C. where he wrote and published over twenty articles. Mr. Shepardson’s publications predominantly focused on advocating for the preservation of First and Second Amendment rights. In his legal practice, Mr. Shepardson continues to serve clients with quality writing and keen attention to detail.
