Norman M. Waas joined Falk Waas in 1986 and became a shareholder in 1990. He has tried over 75 cases to verdict and has more than 30 reported appellate decisions. He lectures extensively on tort litigation and medical malpractice. He is recognized as a 'Florida Legal Elite,' a 'Florida Super Lawyer,' and has a Martindale-Hubbell® AV peer review rating. He is a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
