About Olivia

Olivia Carruthers is an Associate Attorney at the Shealey Law Firm, where she focuses on criminal defense and personal injury. During law school, she demonstrated her commitment to justice and community involvement as a founding member of the South Carolinians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty student division, treasurer of the Christian Legal Society, and a member of both Women in Law and the Survivor Advocate Society. In addition to her work at Shealey Law Firm, Olivia serves as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children in the family court system. Her experiences both in and out of the courtroom reflect her deep dedication to criminal justice reform and client advocacy.
