Oscar Longoria's legal journey began in South Texas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003, followed by a Jurisprudence Doctorate from its School of Law in 2007. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and the United States Southern District of Texas, and is a Certified Mediator trained at the University of Texas School of Law.
