About Pablo

Pablo S. Lopez’s journey to becoming a personal injury attorney is deeply tied to the borderland community he calls home. Born in El Paso and raised in Ciudad Juárez, Pablo has always been inspired by the resilience and strength of the people in this unique region. His path to law began during his high school years at Cathedral High School in El Paso, where he developed a passion for advocacy and justice. Since the summer of 2017, Pablo has been a part of Scherr & Legate, PLLC, starting as a file clerk and growing into his current role as an associate attorney. Over the years, he has gained hands-on experience in all aspects of personal injury law, from drafting motions to supporting trial preparations, always with a client-centered approach. A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Pablo excelled academically as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Consumer & Commercial Law and as a leader within student organizations. Sworn into the Texas Bar in October 2024, he is now dedicated to representing individuals and families who have suffered from serious injuries or loss.
