Parker Upton

About Parker

Parker Upton has been associated with the firm since May 2023. He initially served as a law clerk during the summer and became an associate attorney in November 2024. A native of Grand Island, Nebraska, Parker graduated as co-valedictorian of his high school class in 2016. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Creighton University, where he also obtained a Master of Science certificate in Organizational Leadership. Parker received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in May 2024, graduating with honors. He was admitted to the practice of law in Illinois in October 2024. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. His practice currently focuses on estate planning and family law, with plans to expand into additional areas of law.
