He has vast experience in maritime and transportation law, ranging from collisions, salvage, fire and explosion, total loss, piracy, limitation of liability, civil and criminal pollution liabilities to cargo damage and loss, personal injury, charter party formation and disputes. He also has extensive experience advising commodity and energy traders. He has litigated and arbitrated hundreds of cases and routinely advises clients on contract formation and cross-border contract disputes.
