About Patrick

Patrick Mourin is a dedicated trial attorney with a rich and diverse background in both law and public service. A South Florida native by way of Brazil, Patrick was raised in Miami from infancy and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese-allowing him to connect meaningfully with a broad range of clients. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida International University in 2013 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2016. Shortly after graduating law school, Patrick answered the call to serve and commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. He completed Basic Training in 2016, graduated from Officer Candidate School in 2017, and finished the Field Artillery Basic Officer Leader Course at Fort Sill in 2018. He was stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, where he deployed overseas and led soldiers in high-pressure operational environments. He was honorably discharged in 2022. Upon returning to South Florida, Patrick was admitted to the Florida Bar and began his legal career in personal injury defense litigation before transitioning to plaintiff-side advocacy, where he found his true passion-fighting for individuals who have been wronged or injured. In addition to his legal practice, Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in History from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field. His academic background enhances his litigation approach, bringing analytical depth, historical insight, and a keen attention to detail to every case he handles. Patrick combines legal acumen, military discipline, and cultural fluency to advocate with tenacity and compassion for his clients.
