About Paul

Paul Krauss is an experienced personal injury attorney at the law firm Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law. Paul’s expertise spans motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, tort claims against public entities, equestrian facility and ski resort liability, dram shop actions and products liability cases. He has extensive trial experience in courts throughout New Jersey and has prepared and participated in appeals to the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Paul is known as a tenacious fighter for his clients’ rights and as an attentive counselor who always listens to his client’s concerns.
