About Paul

Paul Belew is a licensed attorney that has been practicing law for more than 25 years. He travels throughout the State of Texas defending the rights of the accused in State and Federal Criminal Defense matters, and also travels nation-wide. Paul has an extensive background in defending complicated Federal Criminal cases, including multi-national criminal conspiracies. He limits his practice primarily to wrongful death lawsuits, serious personal injury, and State and Federal criminal defense work. Paul is licensed in all 254 Texas counties, and also licensed to practice state criminal law in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, and Michigan. He also holds many certificates in the practice of mental health law and is an advocate for the mentally ill. Paul brings more than two decades of experience to the table and is always willing to lend his knowledge in resolving legal issues. He provides counseling advice that helps ease the emotions of the parties involved. His goal as an attorney is to protect and aggressively defend a client’s right to a fair and impartial trial.
