Paul S. Kruse joined the law firm after graduation from law school in 1981 and has been a partner since 1984. He is a past member of the management committee and has been member of the firm’s litigation section for over 20 years. Concentrating his practice in personal injury litigation, he has extensive experience in handling catastrophic damage and wrongful death claims involving all types of personal injury liability cases. Mr. Kruse has handled thousands of injury claims and has tried over 90 civil jury trials in state and federal courts his past 24 years with the firm.
