Born in Bogota, Colombia, she graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor in Political Science and French minor, and a Juris Doctorate in Civil Law from Loyola University College of Law in May 2009. She practices personal injury, workers compensation, criminal defense, family law, and immigration law, leading the Immigration Department at the Elias Law Firm.
