Attorney Martínez’s educational background spreads out between Peru, the United States, and France. While in France, Mr. Martinez was a political science student at the prestigious Institut d’Études Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence. Mr. Martinez is a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, and North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham. In law school, Attorney Martinez was part of the NCCU Law Civil Litigation Clinic. This provided Mr. Martinez a wide range of experience involving legal problems in areas such as landlord - tenant, police misconduct, and housing discrimination. Martinez Founded Martinez Law, PLLC in 2021. Today, Mr. Martinez focuses his practice on Criminal Defense, Immigration, Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation. Attorney Martinez and his team are ready to assist you with your legal matters. Martinez dedicates his practice and career to his grandparents German and Bertha Martinez.
