About Peggy

Peggy Goldberg Pitt (1949-2023) was a founding partner of the firm, practicing employment and civil rights law for over twenty-five years. She was actively engaged in class actions against Michigan jails and prisons, leading to positive changes in correctional systems. She was a member of the ACLU of Michigan Advisory Board and served on boards for Forgotten Harvest, Detroit Music Hall, and Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
