Peter B. Joslin, Sr. is a 1966 Graduate of the University of Vermont. Peter received his J.D. from Albany Law School in 1973. He was a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1966 - 1970. Peter is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted to practice in Vermont (1973), USDC Vermont (1973) and the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals (1991). Peter practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense, dental malpractice defense and representation of doctors, nurses and dentists before licensing boards. He has participated in jury trials in all state courts in Vermont and in the U.S. District Court in Vermont. He also acts as a mediator of civil cases in Vermont.
