Mr. Michling is a trained Facilitator with over 35 years of legal experience. He specializes in handling Family Law cases to include divorce, child custody, maintenance, parenting time, modification agreements and everything in between. Mr. Michling understands the complexities associated with the trauma of divorce and the need for a common sense approach to reach resolution. He will work hard to help you resolve your issues but if a joint resolution isn’t possible, Mr. Michling will fiercely litigate your case to protect your interests. Mr. Michling is a 60 year resident of McHenry County, he is married with two grown children, and when he’s not practicing law, he can be found running through town or simply enjoying the great outdoors.
