Peter Ticktin is the founding member of The Ticktin Law Group, known for his extensive legal career in both Ontario, Canada, and Florida. He has a distinguished record in criminal courts, including changing law before the Supreme Court of Canada. In Florida, he pioneered legal efforts during the AIDS epidemic, led a significant organ donation case, and contributed to the development of law in areas such as manifest injustice, child support, resulting trusts, laches, and attorneys' fees. Notably, he uncovered the 'Robo-signers' scandal, which led to a $30 billion settlement from major banks. He was honored as a 'Distinguished Leader' by the Daily Business Review.
