Philip E. Carby is an experienced attorney who received his Juris Doctor degree in 1973 from The University of Mississippi. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi, State and Federal courts, and before the US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation, including auto and 18-wheeler accidents, product liability, premises liability, insurance bad faith, and mass tort litigation.
