About Philip
Phil’s practice areas include personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability. He has been helping the injured and disabled for over twenty years, all of those with Frederick & Hagle. He has successfully brought civil cases to jury verdict, and has tried many cases in front of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. In addition, he has helped many individuals successfully argue their Social Security disability claims before Administrative Law Judges. Phil was admitted to the bar of the State of Illinois in November of 2002. He is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University where he earned his B.A., and the University of Illinois, College of Law, where he earned his J.D. Phil was first hired as a law clerk at Frederick & Hagle in September, 2001, and became a lawyer with the firm after his admission to the Illinois bar. Over the course of his career, Phil has successfully recovered over $20 million in judgments, settlements, and awards for his clients.
