Phillip C. Wiskow is the managing partner of Gelman Gelman Wiskow & McCarthy LLC. He has 40 years of experience handling cases involving medical malpractice, products liability and personal injury. During his career, Phil has successfully litigated more than 15 cases that resulted in settlements or verdicts over a million dollars and tried over 125 jury trials. He is licensed in New Jersey and Florida. He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than two percent of New Jersey trial attorneys. He has been repeatedly selected to the Super Lawyers’ list since 2009, including the Blue Ribbon Panel in 2014 and 2018. In 2011, he was named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in New Jersey by The National Trial Lawyers Association. He successfully argued his third case before the NJ Supreme Court in 2013 and was named one of the Top 10 Trial Attorneys in New Jersey by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorney’s this year (2025).
