About Phillip

Phillip was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has lived all over the world as a Military dependent as his father served in the United States Army. Phillip attended the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio, earning a degree in Sports Management as well as playing four years of NCAA DIII Football. Phillip went on to attend law school at Valparaiso University in Indiana and graduated in 2016. He began his legal career with the Law Offices of Blake Maislin upon graduation and has worked with the firm ever since. Phillip now leads the firm’s Dayton location. Phillip represents clients in the Dayton, Montgomery County and surrounding Miami Valley Region focusing his practice in personal injury including auto accidents, slip and falls, dog bites and wrongful deaths.
