Philomena Hausler is Of Counsel in the Albuquerque office. After a career as an archaeologist, she began her legal career in 2006 with judicial clerkships at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She then moved to New Mexico, focusing on Indian Law and later civil defense litigation for state and local governments. She has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and has experience representing plaintiffs in civil rights and personal injury claims. She also worked as an Assistant City Attorney in Albuquerque.
