About Phylecia

Phylecia Faublas is a trial attorney and Associate at Murphy, Falcon, Murphy. Phylecia was admitted to the Maryland Bar in June 2022 and specializes in civil litigation, government regulations and civil rights law. Prior to joining Murphy, Falcon, Murphy, Phylecia honed her skills at several reputable firms as well as serving as a judicial law clerk on Maryland’s intermediate appellate court and in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General’s Civil Rights Division. A zealous advocate for the disenfranchised and the underserved, Phylecia represents a new cohort of passionate and competent legal practitioners poised to make significant impact for those they defend and serve. A military brat, Phylecia grew up in Texas, Maryland, North Carolina, and graduated from high school in Germany. She now resides in Baltimore City and is involved in a myriad of civic and cultural organizations including the Monumental Bar Association, the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys of Maryland, the Bowie State University Young Alumni Council and is a sister of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
