Pilar Mendoza is a dedicated litigation lawyer committed to providing efficient and effective representation. With a focus on civil litigation, she has handled a broad range of cases including business and contract disputes, declaratory actions, sexual harassment, defamation, road design, quiet title actions, employment disputes, PACA claims, medical malpractice, product liability, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Fluent in Spanish, Pilar can represent Spanish-speaking clients in Arizona who need support navigating the U.S. legal system. Her clients include individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities. Pilar co-founded Goldsmith & Mendoza P.L.L.C. in 2019. Starting in 2025, the firm merged with Bache & Lynch P.L.L.C. to form Bache Lynch Goldsmith & Mendoza. Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Pilar holds two law degrees: one from the University of Arizona (2006) and the other from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia (2000). She also earned a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Arizona’s Political Science Department (2002). Pilar is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and before the Arizona U.S. District Court. Pilar is an active member of the Arizona Association for Justice, where she has served as a Board member since 2014. She is also involved in the American Association for Justice and its minority caucus, and is a member of the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association (AZELA).
