About Prerna

Drawing on years of courtroom experience, Prerna provides clients with the expertise and judgment needed to handle their most sensitive and challenging legal issues. Prerna focuses primarily on civil, commercial, and appellate litigation, and related commercial transactions. Her clients include individuals and businesses seeking effective representation in dispute resolution and strategic legal planning. She also loves fighting the good fight for her clients, particularly in the areas of election law, ballot access, First Amendment rights, and select personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Before establishing her firm, she worked at a high-volume civil litigation practice, securing millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients. Prerna also serves as an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law, teaching Foundations of Practice and Professional Development for the current academic year. She was also recently recognized by her law school’s Alumni Association for her work in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. In 2021, Prerna was recognized by Senator Richard Blumenthal for her work in helping victims of domestic violence.
