R. Flay Cabiness, II is an attorney and Deputy Magistrate Judge for Glynn County, Georgia. He earned his B.A. in Political Science (1993) and Philosophy (1994) from North Carolina State University, and his J.D. from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law (1997), where he was a Book Editor for the Mercer Law Review and selected to the Brainerd Curie Honor Society. He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, Southern District of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He founded R. Flay Cabiness, II, P.C. in 2003, focusing on Bankruptcy, Social Security, Probate, and General Trial Practice.
