Rachel Khan is a compassionate and experienced attorney based in Reidsville, North Carolina. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Rachel now calls Reidsville home. She brings a strong work ethic and genuine care for her clients to every case she handles. Rachel earned her undergraduate degrees in International Relations and Arabic Language from James Madison University. After graduation, she worked as a paralegal at an elder law firm in the Midlothian area. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. During law school, Rachel interned for the Honorable David J. Novak in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She also worked as a research assistant and served as Managing Editor of the Elon Law Review, developing a strong foundation in legal writing and critical analysis. After passing the Virginia Bar, Rachel began her legal career in Richmond, handling personal injury cases. She later transitioned to civil litigation work in Forsyth County, North Carolina. Today, Rachel is a partner at Khan Law Firm, where she focuses on family law, civil litigation, and general legal counsel. She takes a steady, thoughtful approach to each case, making sure clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. Her clients appreciate her clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine investment in their outcomes.
