About Ramon
Ramon Garcia, the founding attorney, grew up in San Manuel, Texas, and developed a passion for helping others. He graduated from Pan American University in 1970 and the University of Houston Bates College of Law in 1972. Initially a criminal defense lawyer, he transitioned to personal injury in 1979, representing thousands of accident and fraud victims. He has an impressive trial record, including over 200 jury trials and 45 verdicts exceeding $1 million, recovering hundreds of millions for clients. He was recognized as Top Plaintiff Lawyer by Texas Lawyer Magazine and nominated for Trial Lawyer of the Year by the American Association for Justice. He is licensed in Texas courts and several federal courts, and is a member of numerous bar associations. He also served on the Board of Regents for Pan American University and is the longest-serving Hidalgo County Judge.
