About Randall

Randy Green is a shareholder in Meyer Capel’s Business and Real Estate Practice Groups. His unique experience allows him to serve not only as legal counsel, but as a trusted business advisor to his clients. He prides himself on providing value to his clients and practical experience to his students as an adjunct law professor on topics of negotiation. Mr. Green has represented both public and private companies ranging from Fortune 100 companies to single-member LLCs in a variety of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity and venture capital investments, secured financing, entity formation, franchising, and leasing. He regularly advises businesses, investors and founders in all stages of a company’s lifecycle, from initial incorporation and financing, to strategic relationships and transactions, to devising and executing exit and succession strategies. He has also helped organizational and individual clients sell, purchase and lease residential, commercial and agricultural real estate locally and throughout the U.S., including providing counsel to clients in connection with transactions exceeding $1 Billion in U.S. real estate assets, and involving both multi-state portfolios and single asset transactions. Before he began his legal career, Mr. Green worked in the finance industry where he gained experience in investment services, commercial lending and mortgage lending.
