Randall J. Zromkoski is a seasoned attorney and partner focusing on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security disability law. He is a passionate advocate for the injured and disabled, leading numerous seminars and advocating for mental health organizations. He has served on various boards of directors including the Porter County Family Counseling Center, Mental Health America of Porter County, Porter-Starke Services Foundation (where he was board president), VNA Hospice of Northwest Indiana, and Valparaiso Economic Development Corporation. He is also the President of the Fairfield Greens Neighborhood Association. Mr. Zromkoski was recognized for 21 years of service on the Porter-Starke Services Board of Directors, serving as Board Chairman from 2007 to 2012. He received the Patient Care and Advocacy Award (1997), Robert Anderson Award for Community Education and Service (2001), and Mental Health America's Distinguished Service Award and Margaret Stevens Award. He has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Porter County (co-chaired annual campaign in 2018). He received the Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce’s Legacy of Service award in 2019. A former Adjunct Professor of Law at Valparaiso University School of Law, he developed and taught a course on Social Security Disability Law, and also taught labor and employment law at Indiana University Northwest and South Bend. He has been awarded the AV Rating (AV Preeminent) by Martindale-Hubbell.
