Rebecca King has been named a partner at Tracey & Fox. Since joining in 2014, she has worked in pharmaceutical drug litigation, defective medical devices, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. She is licensed in Texas, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She was appointed to the plaintiff’s steering committee in multidistrict litigation for power morcellators in 2015 and co-lead counsel in 2016. She was also elected co-chairperson of the Laparoscopic Power Morcellator litigation group for the American Association for Justice. In 2012, she worked on Zoloft birth defect claims.
