About Renata

Ms. Casella focuses her practice in the areas of trusts and estates, and provides direction and guidance to clients in their wealth planning needs. She also practices in the areas of real estate and corporate law and counsels closely held business owners with succession planning, as well as gift and estate tax planning strategies. Ms. Casella’s practice also includes trust and estate administration where she counsels and guides fiduciaries through the probate and administration of a decedent’s estate and advises trustees in the administration of the trust estate. She also handles contested and uncontested estate administration in court proceedings. Renata has been in private practice for the past 15 years after graduating cum laude from New York University in 2005, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics. She earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 2008, where she was a participant in the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She is fluent in Russian and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
