About Rhett

Rhett Gross is an attorney at Gross & Schuster Injury Lawyers Rhett was born and raised in Pensacola. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida before attended Florida State University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During law school Rhett clerked for Silbert & Garon, P.A. where he gained invaluable experience working on personal injury and maritime cases. Upon graduating law school Rhett returned to Pensacola to practice law and start a family. Rhett’s practice is focused on representing individuals who have been injured or killed as the result of someone else’s negligence. He handles injury cases stemming from car accidents, boating accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and dangerous products. Since being back in Pensacola Rhett has represented thousands of individuals and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Rhett has developed a reputation as an attorney who will stand up to major corporations and insurance companies to fight for his clients’ rights.
