About Rhonda
Rhonda Wilson Paice has maintained a litigation practice in the Northern Virginia/Leesburg area since 1987 - general civil, criminal, real estate and business contracts. Rhonda now focuses her legal work on family law - divorce, custody/visitation, child/spousal support, and domestic violence matters. Known as a determined advocate for her clients, Rhonda’s reputation for professionalism, fairness and creative solutions is unrivaled. The readers of the local news outlet, Loudoun Now, voted Rhonda “Loudoun’s Favorite Attorney” for four years in a row - 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024. The Loudoun native considers this to be an extremely high honor, given that the accolade comes from the community she has called home her entire life. Rhonda was honored to be named a Super Lawyer for 2018 through 2024 by Super Lawyer Magazine. Super Lawyers are nominated and vetted by their peers before selection. Rhonda also was voted a member of Virginia’s “Legal Elite” for 2021 by Virginia Business magazine, another peer selected acknowledgment. Rhonda served as a Substitute Judge for the General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts from 2011 to 2021 - she was appointed by the then Chief Judge of the Circuit, her long time mentor, Judge Thomas D. Horne. Sitting as a judge in these courts for over a decade gave Rhonda a distinctly different perspective as a litigator. Rhonda participated as a faculty member for the Harry L. Carrico Professionalism Course, the mandatory seminar required of all new members of the Virginia State Bar, from 2007 to 2010. The course focuses on the high level of professional and ethical conduct expected of attorneys in Virginia - the faculty members are nominated by other Virginia attorneys and ultimately selected by the Chief Justice of the Virginia Supreme Court. Rhonda is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Loudoun County Bar Association for which she has served as President, Treasurer and on the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Loudoun Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Loudoun County Bar Association. Fully educated in Virginia, she is a proud graduate of Loudoun Valley High School, the University of Virginia - Go Hoos! - and the University of Richmond School of Law.
