About Richard
Richard A. “Rick” Repp assists business clients with raising debt and equity capital from investors, including private placement of securities for start-up and early-stage businesses. He also negotiates mergers, acquisitions and sales of public and private businesses. Rick regularly represents clients regarding business formation, securities reporting and regulatory compliance issues and advises many local boards of directors with respect to fiduciary duties and corporate governance matters. In addition, he prepares and negotiates complex licensing, distribution and service agreements for clients in multiple industries.
