About Richard

Richard A. Shank II is an associate attorney with the firm’s litigation department. Being a military child, Mr. Shank traveled often, from Spain to Panama City to Guam to California to Panama City Beach. At a young age, he primarily spoke Spanish until moving to the states in Kindergarten picking up the English language and has been bilingual since. He has lived in Bay County since middle school and a graduate of JR Arnold High School. Mr. Shank attended the University of Alabama, majoring in Political Science and Spanish and received his juris doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida.
