About Richard
Richard A. DeMichele, Jr. is a seasoned litigator focusing on family law and personal injury. He has significant trial and appellate experience, advising clients on alimony, equitable distribution, child custody, child support, and domestic violence. In personal injury, he represents clients injured in car crashes or slip and falls. He has served as Municipal Prosecutor for Lawnside since 2009 and was reappointed for 2025. He was also appointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association's Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee (JPAC) for 2025-2028, having previously chaired it in 2017-2018 and served on the NJSBA Board of Trustees from 2002-2005 and 2007-present. He is a past President of the Camden County Bar Association and Camden County Bar Foundation.
