About Richard

Richard Pravato is a founding and managing partner of Wolf and Pravato, and he heads the firm’s Litigation Department. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, who has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in numerous Florida Courts. He has obtained substantial settlements and jury verdicts in a variety of cases, including: Wrongful Death, Product Liability, Automobile Accident, Premises Liability, and various other negligence cases. He graduated from Nova Southeastern School of Law with High Honors (Magna Cum Laude) in 1996, in the top 5% of his class, and won numerous awards for Academic Excellence. He was also a member of the Dean’s List for his entire three years of law school. He is a member of the Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorneys, American Justice Association, Florida Justice Association, Broward County Justice Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Broward County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Civil Liberties Union. He was born in Miami, Florida, and has lived in the South Florida area his entire life. He is married and is the father of two wonderful boys.
